I had my 10th treatment in February this year (2014), with the pico machine. To be honest I didn't notice a huge amount of difference other than it was double the cost of the normal laser. At $400 a pop its not cheep. I had my 11th treatment yesterday (August 8th 2014) after 6 months. I'm not in a rush, I realised a long time ago that this was going to be a super long process.
I went back to the old place in NYC which cost me $200 yesterday. I really noticed this time, even though it was on full power, that the zaps are getting a lot less painful. This I presume means that more of the ink has gone, which can only be a good thing, on some parts of the old tattoo it didn't even connect with the skin so that basically means its pretty much gone. You can tell from just looking. I forgot to take a snap before my last treatment but will post as soon as the redness has died down.

Ninth Treatment
Had my ninth treatment here in New York again in early December 2013. Its been about 8 weeks since that treatment, I took this photo about a week ago (it actually looks a bit darker than this in real life, but could not get the camera to play ball):
I have now booked to go for another treatment on Thursday this week with a different practice. This is a doctor that specialises only in tattoo removal in NY, so will post to let you know how it goes. I believe he has the Picosure laser so, perhaps have a go with that one. Its 2 years almost to the day that I started to have the tattoo removed. fingers crossed by this time next year will all be gone.
